Manage multiple social media accounts? Try a social media manager. Examples being Hootsuite, Buffer or Social Sprout to name a few. No excuses.
4.Create a guide
Stop repeating yourself, create a handy PDF for your customers or clients using the Adobe suite or a reputable online creator.
5.Stick it down
Good old fashioned post-it notes, stick them on anything.
